The Data Controller uses common technology known as cookies to gather information about how users interact with the website.
The use of cookies and web server log files allows the Data Controller to monitor traffic to individual pages and tailor content to users’ individual needs, as well as to display targeted advertisements on third-party websites.
A cookie is a file that often carries a unique name, type, and content related to a specific website. When a data subject visits a website, the site requests permission to store this file in a specific part of the hard drive intended for cookie storage. Each website visited can send cookies to the user’s device if the browser settings allow it.
To protect users’ data, browsers only permit access to cookies sent by the same website. A website cannot access cookies sent by other sites.
Browsers are typically set to accept cookies. However, users can configure their browser to reject all or some cookies. In such cases, parts of the website may not function properly. Cookies cannot access other data on the hard drive and do not carry viruses.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Upon request, the Data Controller will provide information on the data it processes or that is processed by a processor on its behalf, including the purpose, legal basis, and duration of the data processing, the name and address of the processor, and activities related to data processing, as well as who has received or may receive the data and for what purpose. The Data Controller notifies the data subject and all parties to whom the data was previously transmitted about the correction or deletion. Notification may be omitted if it does not harm the legitimate interests of the data subject, considering the purpose of the processing.
The data subject may object to the processing of their personal data if:
- the processing (or transfer) is only necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller or data recipient, unless required by law,
- the personal data is used or transferred for direct marketing, public opinion polling, or scientific research,
